HLGA Rules

 

• Music prohibited on course during an event.

 

• Newly sodded areas may be treated as ground under repair.

 

USGA Rules (that are referenced frequently) 

 

• USGA approved electronic yardage devices are permitted. (USGA Rule 4.3.a.1)

 

• All loose impediments (such as rocks, twigs, and leaves) in bunkers may be removed without penalty. (USGA Rule 15.1)

 

• A player may play a provisional ball if she can't determine if the previous ball is in a penalty area.  (USGA Rule 18.3)
